VGA Shield

The Arduino VGA Shield will be, as the project name may indicate, an Arduino shield that outputs VGA video. The board itself will likely be based around a 4D Labs GOLDELOX-SGC or PICASO-SGC graphics controller chip (which are available inexpensively in small quantities).
