The StrichLux IO-Breakout module is a "sandwich" module that plugs into the Core Board and lets an I/O module plug into it, providing breakouts for all signals. This is used for troubleshooting and for developing new modules, as well as using modules in a standalone form without a Core Board, or troubleshooting the Core Board without any modules.
